General Description:
LARK HIGH BAY, BREAKER SHOP, AND COMBUSTION TURBINE WAREHOUSE AND OFFICES.

The Project consisted of  (2) 33,000 SF pre-engineered metal buildings, each with an additional 14,400 SF two story traditional steel office building. The High-Bay included (2) 32 ton cranes with 15 ton auxiliary cranes running the length of the building. The office envelopes are a mixture of storefront glass and insulated metal panels. The project also included installation of a 150,000 gallon water tank, sitework, underground utilities, a pump station, retaining walls, asphalt paving, sidewalks, perimeter fencing, elevators (x2), racking systems, site security, A/V Equipment and office finishes.
