General Description:
Improvements to the existing stormwater detention pond included excavation of approximately 34,500 cubic yards of material to double the pond’s capacity. Additional site work included installation of 600 linear feet of storm drain piping, 550 LF of 12″ DIP Sanitary Sewer 16-18 ft deep with a doghouse manhole, install cast-in-place detention pond outlet structure with associated gate valves, concrete drainage flume, asphalt paving, and install approximately 750 LF of guardrail.
