General Description:
Project includes all earthwork, grading, utilities, and pavement for a new 38,250 SF generator storage facility in Greensboro, NC. Work consists of excavating 35,000 cubic yards on a 5 acre site, site erosion control, installation of 300 rammed aggregate piers below the building foundations, constructing new 425 FT x 90 FT concrete building pad & foundations, two 50 FT x 100 FT concrete pads, 2,605 LF of storm drainage piping and structures, 380 LF of 6” fire protection water line, 950 LF of 8” sanitary sewer outfall with precast manholes, 525,000 gallon storm detention pond with outlet structure, 2,170 LF of 30” curb and gutter, 8,512 SY of asphalt pavement, and 165 LF of 4-FT concrete sidewalk.
