General Description:
Project includes all earthwork, grading, utilities, asphalt pavement, and curb & gutter for a new 31,500 SF Diesel Particulate Filter building in Mooresville, NC. Work consists of excavating & placement of approximately 9,000 CY of soil, erosion control, 1,000 LF of storm drain piping & manholes, 360 LF of 6” fire protection water line, 238 LF of 8” sanitary sewer outfall with precast manholes, four stormwater detention ponds with outlet structures, 1,200 LF of 30” curb and gutter, and 1,825 SY of asphalt pavement.
